CUET UG (Common University Entrance Test) exam is a Computer Based Test conducted every year by National Testing Agency (NTA) to enroll students into various courses offered at all central universities including Delhi University, Jawaharlal Nehru University, Banaras Hindu University, Aligarh Muslim University, and Jamia Millia Islamia and many more. A total of 44+ central universities will be a part of the CUET UG Exam and will be taking admissions in various courses based on the CUET scores of the students. CUET UG 2024 HIGHLIGHTS

CUET (UG) will be conducted by the NTA in a hybrid (online & offline) and MCQ-based format. It has also been announced that the CUET 2024 exam dates will be between May 15 to 31, 2024. The exam will be conducted in 13 different languages across various states in India. Students must carefully note that the CUET syllabus is the complete NCERT class 12 syllabus, and not of any particular Boards (CBSE or ICSE) class 12 syllabus. Detailed CUET UG Syllabus

According to the latest updates, no changes are expected in the CUET 2024 syllabus, and it is expected to remain the same as was in the first two editions of CUET. CUET English Syllabus

In section I (Languages), students’ fluency in their chosen language is to be tested through questions asked in Reading Comprehension based on different types of passages – (Factual, Literary, Poem, and Narratives), Grammar, Books and Authors, etc. The CUET syllabus for 2024 includes a total of 33 languages, which are mentioned below.

The General Test (GT) is section III of the CUET 2024 syllabus. The General Test syllabus for CUET 2024 will comprise the following topics:

  • General Knowledge, Current Affairs,
  • General Mental Ability, Numerical Ability,
  • Reasoning (Simple application of basic mathematical concepts, Quantitative arithmetic, algebra, Geometry, measurement, and statistics.
